Complicated documents tracking, due to non-standardized and manual reference code creation. Current repository thru commercial drive which expired 15 days which unable to retrieve after. Additional challenges at the start of pandemic, where 70% are working from home routing and approval of documents give them headache.

Currently has 233 retail outlets in 66 countries, 141 overseas cities
